Agracel Acquires Novo Building Products Facility

Bowerston, Ohio- Agracel recently acquired the 195,777 SF Novo Building Products facility in Bowerston, Ohio.  The acquisition marks Agracel's 9th project in the Buckeye State.

Novo is an industry leading manufacturer and distributor of mouldings and millwork, stair parts, doors, and other speciality building products servicing professional building material dealers and national home centers throughout the United States and Canada.  

Recently, Novo acquired L.J. Smith, the leading manufacturer and distributor of stair parts in the nation.  This acquistion greatly expands Novo's footprint and capabilities in the stair parts industry.  The Bowerston property will serve as the divisional headquarters of L.J. Smith and is the primary manufacturing facility for the Northeast region of the United States.  Novo-Bowerston employs approximately 70 people.
